How does the polymer application process occur?

Thermoplastic polymer coatings are applied by the flame spray method, using mobile flame spray unit "MGPU 5 AQUA", developed and serially produced by the Ukrainian research and production enterprise LLC "Belmar." The application process is simple and does not take much time.

Is it safe for children?

Absolutely. POLYMERFLAME thermoplastic coatings are the most environmentally friendly coatings in the world.It is proven by WRAS, ROHS, NSF/ANSI, and FDA certifications. 

How long does it take for the coating to dry?

Our coatings do not dry (no chemical polymerization processes involved) but cool down. This is the main property of thermoplasticity. When heated, the polymer material transfers into a highly elastic state, due to which we create our coatings. After cooling, a crystal lattice forms, and the coating acquires the declared properties.
